Independence Day with IvAlive in Switzerland

This year’s Independence Day celebration was truly special – heartfelt, warm, and unforgettable.

More than 300 people joined us – Ukrainians and local friends – to share in the joy of Ukraine’s most meaningful holiday.

The stage lit up with amazing performances: gymnastics and ballet, skits, songs by a children’s choir and a music band, solo acts, and even breakdancing! We sang beloved Ukrainian songs together, and at the end, everyone in the hall joined a flash mob that filled the air with a feeling of unity and incredible energy.

This was the first time we organized the event entirely on our own, without any partners. Even so, it turned out even better than we imagined. The hall was full of joy, heartfelt conversations, warm hugs, and deep gratitude. This celebration reminded us all of who we are, and how important it is to stay connected, no matter where life takes us

A big thank you to the amazing IvAlive team who took care of every detail – from planning the concert and decorating the hall to preparing delicious treats and showcasing beautiful Ukrainian products. I handed over most of the organizing work to the team and they did a fantastic job. Their dedication and care could be felt by everyone who attended.
