YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM

Youth Empowerment is an educational and motivational program created by the IvAlive Foundation for young people in Switzerland. It helps them adjust to a new environment, build confidence, grow as leaders, and turn their talents into real-life opportunities.

Program goals:

• Help participants explore key questions like “Who am I?” and “What’s my next step?”

• Create a safe space built on trust and support

• Develop practical skills for everyday life

• Provide an opportunity to connect with mentors and peers who share similar values

Program format and benefits:

• In-person sessions held in Switzerland

• Interactive activities, lectures, workshops, and networking

• An official certificate, issued in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine

Highlights from the first group:

From March to April 2025, 20 young participants went through a transformative journey of personal growth. Along the way, they formed a close-knit and supportive community. The graduation was a heartfelt and unforgettable moment.

Besides the main certified program, the project also hosts regular workshops and educational events on topics relevant to modern youth.
