Mariia has resided in Switzerland since 2016. Holding a master's degree in economics, she has built a successful career in the banking industry and has worked as an IT business analyst at Nestlé.

Additionally, Mariya ventured into entrepreneurship by founding her own business. From 2022 to 2024, she worked as a project manager at Ukraine Reborn in Switzerland, emphasizing professional development and innovation.

She is the author and manager of the Women's Empowerment project, which was conducted in Lausanne and Geneva.

Vadym holds a degree in innovation economics.
He joined the foundation in early 2023 and actively contributes to its projects while also managing the website.

"To me, charity is about humanity, responsibility, and inner strength — sharing what I have with those who truly need it. It’s about making the world a little fairer by offering a helping hand. Charity means sincerity, compassion, and recognizing that even small actions can transform lives — not just for others, but for yourself, too.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Iryna joined our Foundation as a volunteer at the start of our initial volunteer projects. With over 20 years of administrative and managerial experience in the customs and legal fields, she later took on the main tasks of establishing relationships and communication with donors.

As a photographer, she is tasked with creating photo reports for IvAlive events.

As a professional coach in the realms of life and transformational coaching, as well as business/team coaching, Irina boasts more than 200 individual and team coaching sessions. She offers individual coaching sessions on a volunteer basis at our Foundation for Ukrainians who have temporarily relocated to Switzerland.

"For me, charity is a manifestation of God's love, for people, animals, or the planet, depending on the area of charity. This is my social utility."

Motto: Help as much as you can, in word, deed, or money, if there is a need!

Bogdana is currently a student at the University of Geneva - Webster University and Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University (KNEU) in Ukraine.

"For me, charity means helping those in need without expecting any benefit in return. It's important to me because I believe in the significance of collective support and assistance for Ukrainians who need it."

Motto: Together we can do more; one good deed can change the world!

Viktoriia has been deeply involved in teaching and research in the field of music theory for a long time.

In addition to her teaching endeavors, Viktoriia sang in the choir of the Dnipro Opera and Ballet Theater and performed as a soloist at the Dnipro House of Organ and Chamber Music. She thoroughly enjoys imparting her knowledge to young choristers, inspiring them, and seeing their happy faces, as well as being a part of the development of children’s talents.

"My favorite childhood cartoon is 'Just for fun'. It featured a beautiful bouquet of flowers being given away for nothing, creating a good mood. For me, this exemplifies how sharing from the bottom of my heart first and foremost brings pleasure to myself. This is what charity means to me."

After the full-scale invasion, she moved to Switzerland. She became acquainted with the IvAlive Foundation through the foundation's social projects and then joined the team as a content creator and photographer.

Svitlana holds degrees in engineering technology and law.

In the early stages of the full-scale invasion in February 2022, together with her daughter Ivanna, who is the founder of the foundation, and their family, she organized rallies and charity events in support of Ukraine in Switzerland. She sent humanitarian aid, clothing, and essential goods to provide vital support for her country. She has also consistently and actively supported people with disabilities and seniors in Ukraine.

Currently, with the foundation's support, Svitlana organizes and implements charitable events and programs supporting internally displaced Ukrainians in Switzerland.

"For me, charity is an expression of love and kindness towards others, reflecting a desire to help and support those in need. It not only changes lives for the better but also cultivates qualities within us that bring us closer to God".

Oksana holds degrees in International Economics and Psychology.

In 2013, she graduated as a psychologist and opened a psychological center in the heart of Kyiv. As she developed her business, she began writing articles and posting them online. This exposure led to invitations for Oksana to appear on television and radio as a psychologist. She later completed several business coach training programs and began conducting training sessions and workshops for groups ranging from 10 to 5,000 people. Her expertise includes time management, people management, and change management.
In 2017, Oksana was honored as the Professional of the Year among business coaches in Ukraine. On August 24, 2019, during Ukraine's Independence Day celebrations, Oksana and the Bogushtime team created the world's largest Dream Map, setting a World Record by creating and documenting over a hectare of dream maps.

After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine began, Oksana moved to Switzerland and started volunteering. She organized various events, workshops, and conducted over 200 coaching sessions for Ukrainian refugees in Switzerland.

In 2023, she joined the ivAlive Foundation team as the main speaker for the Women's Empowerment program aimed at proactive Ukrainian women in Lausanne and Geneva.

Oksana also conducts in-person workshops for ivAlive, Jewish Culture Swiss in Bern, Ecublens Comune in English, UA Center UKRAINE REBORN, Montreux, and Versua.

“For me, Charity is an integral part of everyone on Earth, be it a person, company, or corporation. The only variable is the scale. Everyone feels the need to help others and chooses how to do it in their own way."

Motto: Make strong people happy!

It may sound strange to some, but it’s true because only strong people strive to be the best version of themselves. Others are content with how things are. So, when strong people seek my help, my job is to energize them and help them embark on new journeys.

Vadym is deeply involved in volunteer work, collaborating with the IvAlive Charitable Foundation and other organizations focused on helping Ukrainians. He also contributes to children's camps, where he assists and leads various workshops.

"For me, volunteering is a way to share my energy, be part of a community, and apply my skills where they’re needed most."

Motto: "Do what you can, with what you have, wherever you are!"

Yevhen holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education and sports and is a rowing coach.

Since the start of the full-scale war, Yevhen has been actively involved in helping Ukrainian refugees who sought shelter in Switzerland. After the IvAlive Charitable Foundation was established, he joined as a volunteer and has been engaged in various projects and initiatives.

“For me, charity means taking action to help and protect those who are most vulnerable and in need. It’s about making society more compassionate, where people recognize the suffering of others and are willing to extend a helping hand, no matter the differences or obstacles. This work restores my faith in humanity and makes the world a little kinder and fairer. Ultimately, charity gives me a chance to live out my values and find meaning in what I do, both in my work and life in general. Coming together with like-minded people to pursue a common goal builds confidence in our ability to make a positive difference in the world."

Olga has worked with businesses and charitable initiatives across more than ten industries. She contributed to the development of creative concepts for commercial projects.

In 2024, she joined the IvAlive Foundation team as the content manager for their Telegram channel.

“Charity is not just about helping those in need — it’s also about experiencing the joy and peace that comes from being a part of someone else’s life. Every action driven by kindness can give someone new hope and belief in a peaceful, happy future. This understanding is the greatest motivation to be helpful and make a difference.

My motto: There is always time for kindness!”

Liliya worked for many years at a large international company before joining the IvAlive Foundation in January 2025.

"The matters of my native language, culture, and literature are fundamental to me — they touch on values and identity. I support and actively participate in initiatives focused on culture and education, which is why the mission of the IvAlive Foundation resonates so deeply with me. I'm excited to contribute to the Ukrainian community in Switzerland. This is a valuable and unique experience. As Ukrainians abroad, each of us is an ambassador for our country. This is both a thrilling and essential mission, one that is important now and in the long term.

Olena has lived in Switzerland since 2009. She holds a master’s degree in accounting and auditing and has held leadership roles in the mobile communications and commodities trading industries. With over 20 years of professional experience, she knows how to balance precision and organizational skills in complex, international environments.

Since 2022, Olena has been fully committed to providing humanitarian support for Ukraine. She coordinated all humanitarian aid for the Geneva branch of the Ukrainian Society in Switzerland and the "D" Association. Today, she manages the financial operations of the IvAlive Foundation.

After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Victoriia moved to Switzerland and began volunteering from day one. With two degrees—one in engineering and the other in pedagogy—along with nearly ten years of experience as the head of a children’s robotics and programming school in Ukraine, and eight years of experience in entrepreneurship and team management, she joined the volunteer team at the Ukraine Reborn Association in Geneva.
In early 2025, she became part of the IvAlive Foundation when the Educational Development Center was launched.
