Online French Course with Maurice Contat

IvAlive Educational Development Center invites you to join an online French course led by Maurice Contat — ideal for anyone looking to steadily improve their current level of French.

Our first introductory meeting with the teacher will take place in person at the IvAlive center on 24 January at 12:30. This will be a chance to get to know the teacher, ask any questions, and learn more about the course content and how it works.

During the meeting, we will:

• explain the course structure and approach

• introduce the teaching method

• share what kind of progress you can expect by the end of the course

After the meeting, participants will take an online placement test to assess their current level of French.

❗️To take part in the course and the placement test, please make sure to fill out the registration form in advance.

Based on the test results, we will form two study groups, with up to 20 participants in each.

Course Format and Schedule

The course will run online via Zoom for 12 weeks, starting on 4 February. It includes regular speaking practice and homework to support your progress.

You can choose the time that works best for you:

• Wednesdays — 10:00-11:30 or 12:00-13:30

• Saturdays — 10:00-11:30 or 12:00-13:30

Participation Cost

• With a permit S: CHF 50 per month

• Without a permit S: CHF 100 per month

The course is designed for gradual and structured learning. Lessons are organized into clear, logical blocks, helping you build your French skills step by step — with confidence and consistency.
