On December 19, we proudly launched our new space — a hub of opportunities for Ukrainians and home to the largest collection of Ukrainian books in Switzerland.

The idea for this center was inspired by a desire to help children discover their talents, integrate into a new environment, and grow in all aspects of life. But it’s not just children who need a place to feel supported — adults also need a welcoming space where they can connect with others and realize their full potential.

Our center is designed to be a bridge — linking children and adults, Ukrainians and locals, traditions and cultures. It’s also a way to showcase to the world the creativity and personal growth that Ukrainians strive for.

We’re confident that everyone who visits will find something meaningful here to engage with. On the very first day, adults participated in a workshop on the basics of bachata dancing, while younger guests enjoyed festive crafts and fun-filled activities to celebrate the holiday season.

The library will bring together fans of Ukrainian authors. Additionally, you can read world bestsellers translated into Ukrainian, along with a wide variety of genres for all age groups. We’ve also included literature about Ukraine and its traditions, available in English and French, providing local and international guests with a window into our culture and history.

The Educational Development Center is already buzzing with activity and welcoming visitors to its first classes. Check out our holiday schedule and stop by — we’d love to see you!
