We invite you to join a new MFR • Yoga • Sound Healing program, which combines physical recovery practices, gentle yoga, and sound healing. It is designed for anyone who wants to relieve tension in the body, improve overall well-being, and make time for true recovery.


The program is built around myofascial release (MFR) — a self-massage technique using foam rollers and massage balls to work on the muscles and fascia, the connective tissue that supports and connects the body's structures. This practice can help improve mobility, relieve muscle tension, and speed up recovery after physical activity.


Regular practice may help:

• reduce muscle tightness and stiffness;

• improve mobility and flexibility;

• support faster recovery after physical activity;

• reduce swelling and improve tissue tone;

• improve sleep quality and overall well-being.


The MFR practice is followed by a gentle yoga session, and the program concludes with Sound Healing combined with aromatherapy. The practice will be led by Iryna, who will guide participants into deep relaxation, helping restore emotional balance and reduce accumulated stress.
