Therapy Group for Women at IvAlive Center
Moving to a new country is not only about new opportunities — it also brings deep personal changes. A new routine, a different environment, unfamiliar rules. Sometimes it can feel like you have to start your life from the beginning.
Even when life becomes more stable over time, you may still feel emptiness, confusion, or start asking yourself:
«Who am I now?»
Many women experience this. And it’s important to remember — this feeling is not permanent.
Together with psychologist Tetiana Blyzniuk, we are creating a safe and supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gradually rebuild your inner strength.
In this therapy group, we will focus on:
• understanding yourself and your needs better;
• building a sense of inner stability and support;
• finding your own direction in a new reality;
• taking action instead of putting your life “on hold.”
We will meet every week in a supportive group format, combining open conversation with deeper work on topics that matter to you.
First topic:
The emotional challenges of emigration and your inner state.
We will talk about how to go through changes without self-blame and how to support yourself during times of anxiety, stress, and inner tension.
