IvAlive Launches a Course for Women: Healthy Eating Without Diets
How can you better understand your body’s needs and build an eating routine that actually works for you? Join a mini course where we will talk about the basics of healthy eating, energy and maintaining good shape — in simple and clear language, without strict diets or complicated medical terms.
During the course, participants will learn:
🍽️ how to build a balanced and healthy daily menu
🍽️ why most popular diets don't work in the long term
🍽️ how to lose weight safely without strict restrictions
🍽️ how to support your body and health with proper nutrition
🍽️ how to adjust your nutrition to your personal needs
At the end of the course, we will take part in a practical workshop to:
👉 calculate individual daily calorie needs
👉 create a personal meal plan based on the goals
The course is led by Anastasia, a fitness trainer and practicing nutritionist with a degree in pharmacy. She has completed specialised nutrition training for fitness trainers (Levels 1 and 2), as well as three levels of training at Dr Tolstikova’s School of Health.

📚 Format: 4 sessions
Price: free for participants with S status; CHF 5 per session without S status.
