IvAlive Foundation and Association QUALIA expand the “Judo Bien-être” therapeutic project
IvAlive Foundation, in partnership with Association QUALIA, is expanding the “Judo Bien-être” program for Ukrainians. From now on, men with Permis S status are also welcome to join.
The program supports both physical and mental well-being through regular judo sessions in a safe and encouraging environment.
Classes are open to men aged 18 and over, and are specially designed for beginners — no previous sports experience is required 🥋
Each session lasts one hour and ends with a group discussion. This helps participants to:
• take care of their body and mental health
• learn how to manage stress and build self-confidence
• connect with others and find support in a like-minded community
📌 Please note: A minimum A2 level in French is required to participate.
📅 Start date: 31 October 2025
🕐 Time: Every Friday, from 13:00 to 15:00
📍 Location: Mikami Judo Club, Av. des Bergières 24, 1004 Lausanne
💬 Cost: Participation is free
“Judo Bien-être” brings together physical activity and therapeutic conversation to create a safe and supportive space where you can restore balance, rebuild your strength, and find inner stability.
