IvAlive and QUALIA Association Present “Judo Bien-être” in Lausanne
Starting from 1 September, IvAlive, in partnership with the QUALIA Association, has launched a new initiative for Ukrainian women in Lausanne — Judo Bien-être.
This project is designed as a safe and empowering space for women who are starting a new chapter of life in a new country. We know how challenging that journey can be after everything many have been through.

Together with QUALIA, we aim to create a safe and welcoming environment where each participant can:
🌿 take care of their physical and mental health,
🌿 find new friends and feel supported,

Judo Bien-être isn't just judo classes. It’s a unique blend of sport, emotional support, and social connection that helps Ukrainian women grow stronger, together.
