The "Who Am I Now?" psychological project at IvAlive Foundation has come to an end. It created a supportive space for women going through important life changes, adapting to new circumstances, and looking for the inner strength to move forward.

Over several months, participants explored topics such as identity, loss, adaptation, and personal resilience together with a psychologist. Each meeting offered an opportunity to better understand themselves, share their experiences, and receive support from others facing similar challenges.

The final stage of the project focused on creating a personal life compass — a symbolic map of values, needs, and sources of inner strength. This exercise helped participants identify what truly matters to them and recognise what they can rely on in the future.

The project became much more than a series of psychological sessions. It provided a safe environment for open conversations, mutual support, and personal growth. It was a place where new perspectives emerged, self-confidence grew, and a genuine sense of community developed.

We would like to thank every participant for her trust, openness, and willingness to be part of this journey. We also extend our sincere gratitude to psychologist Tetyana for her professional guidance, attentiveness, and support throughout the project.

"Who Am I Now?" is about having the courage to embrace change, finding new sources of support within yourself and around you, and, step by step, returning to who you are.
