Improvisation Masterclass: Letting Go of Control and Embracing Your True Self
On June 21 , our Center hosted an improvisation masterclass led by Yuriy Klyatskin — and it was something truly special. The energy was amazing, and the participants are still smiling when they think about it.
The training challenged our natural desire to control everything. We practiced letting go — being spontaneous, funny, genuine, and even imperfect. We discovered that it's okay to be different from how others expect to see us, or even how we usually see ourselves. It was fun, sometimes a little awkward, but above all, it felt like freedom — just like when we were kids.

It turns out improvisation isn't just about performing on stage. It’s about life itself. It teaches us to listen closely to ourselves and to others, to stay present, and to trust the moment — even when there's no plan.

Yuriy created a space where it felt safe to make mistakes, explore and to take risks. We were able to step outside our usual roles and simply be ourselves. It’s an experience that will stay with us for a long time.
