IvAlive Foundation invites women who dance salsa to join its new Lady Styling course. The course is designed to help participants improve their technique, develop smoother, more fluid movements, and feel more confident through dance and music.

The course will be led by Iryna Onufriichuk, co-founder of IvAlive Foundation, a mother of three, and a dancer.

For Iryna, dance is much more than a hobby. It is a way to get to know herself better, express her emotions, and find inner balance. Through her classes, she hopes to share her experience and help participants discover new ways to express themselves through dance.

What to Expect from the Classes

The course covers the key elements of Lady Styling, including:

- Body movement and fluidity — developing freer, smoother, and more expressive movements.

- Hip and torso movements — improving technique and gaining better control over your movements.

- Graceful arm movements and elegant lines — adding grace and elegance to your dance.

- Coordination — improving body control and making your movements more precise.

- Musicality and improvisation — learning to feel the music and express its mood through dance.

- Confidence on the dance floor — discovering your own style and expressing yourself more freely through movement.

More than just dance technique

Lady Styling is not just about improving your movements and dance skills. It is also a chance to take a break from everyday worries, reconnect with yourself, enjoy the freedom of movement, and express yourself through dance.

IvAlive Foundation aims to create a welcoming space where women can discover new possibilities, grow, find inspiration, and enjoy spending time together in a warm atmosphere.
