On 24 September, the IvAlive Educational Development Center hosted a watercolor workshop, “Flowers and Splashes,” led by Delnara El, a Ukrainian contemporary artist. It was a chance for everyone to experience the magic of creativity firsthand. Participants joined in a creative experiment using a unique technique introduced by Delnara: blowing on the paint to let it flow freely and create beautiful, organic patterns.

Delnara also shared the story behind her artistic style:

“Watercolor is light and easy to work with. Traveling and experimenting helped me find a balance between freedom and structure," she said.

Another warm moment: Delnara signed a copy of her exhibition catalogue “Between Worlds”, and Ivanna presented her with a small gift from the IvAlive team — a keepsake to remember the day.

Just a quick reminder: Delnara’s artwork is currently on display in Geneva, at Coin du Centre — Galerie Meinier, and in Kyiv, at the Shevchenko Museum.

And on 5 October, the IvAlive Children’s Choir will perform at the closing event of her exhibition in Geneva.
