Recently, an Open Day took place as part of the Judo Bien-être project, organised by IvAlive Foundation together with Association QUALIA. The event brought together project participants, their family members and friends, as well as everyone who wanted to learn more about the initiative.
The Judo Bien-être project was created for Ukrainian women and men who want to lead an active lifestyle, take care of their physical and mental well-being, and find support among people with similar experiences. Through judo training, participants not only build strength, endurance, and self-confidence, but also develop new social connections and become part of a supportive community.
During the Open Day, guests had the opportunity to see what the training sessions are really like, talk with participants and coaches, and experience the atmosphere of mutual respect, support, and trust that participants share on the tatami every week.
We would like to sincerely thank our partners at Association QUALIA for their trust, support, and valuable cooperation. Thanks to this partnership, the project continues to grow and make a positive difference in people's lives.
If you would also like to join the training sessions and become part of an active and supportive community, we will be delighted to welcome you to the Judo Bien-être project.
