Oleksandr Busha, curator of the KnygAlive Book Club, has published his own book
With the support of the IvAlive Foundation, Oleksandr Busha’s book The Octopus Who Knows Everything has been published.
It is a warm story for children and adults about the wonderful ocean named Eleven and Eo, a wise octopus who knows the answers to numerous questions.

Through the characters’ quiet conversations, the book explores a difficult but important topic — the loss of loved ones. It shows how people who are no longer with us can still remain part of our lives — through our memories, familiar words, nature, and the feeling of warmth they have left in our hearts. At the same time, it is a story about imagination, trust, love, and learning to pay attention to ourselves and the world around us.
The author himself says that he wrote this story not only for children:
“This is a fairy tale for children, but, to be honest, I feel that it is also for adults. Sooner or later, we all face loss… And learning how to live on and find the strength to keep moving forward is something we spend our whole lives learning. So, if my story helps even one person in the world, then it was all worth it.”
