An 80s–90s Themed Party to Celebrate the Birthday of the IvAlive Centre

The IvAlive Educational Development Centre celebrated its first anniversary in a warm and truly special way — by returning to the bright and joyful atmosphere of the 1980s and 1990s.

It was a small and friendly gathering for people close to the centre. There was plenty of dancing until everyone felt happily tired, music many of us remember from childhood, bubble gum, and a real feeling of travelling back in time.

The evening programme included favourite party activities from past decades: Name That Tune, fast-forwarding cassette tapes for speed, Just Dance, and dance battles. Even the prizes were chosen with humour and nostalgia, bringing genuine smiles: sprats, condensed milk, and warm socks.

This evening once again confirmed that IvAlive is more than just a development centre. It is a community of people connected by shared values, trust, and a desire to move forward together — with light hearts, with joy, and of course, with dance.
