Makeup and Hair Care Basics Course by IvAlive

Looking well-groomed and feeling confident in your appearance are skills that can be learned. That’s why, together with professional makeup artist Svitlana Sokol, we created a hands-on course focused on everyday makeup and hair styling.

During the course, participants will:

 • identify their skin type and learn how to choose suitable skincare;

 • understand how to select foundation, concealer, primer and the right tools;

 • practice simple techniques for eyebrow shaping and enhancing the eyes;

 • learn how to create curls using a curling iron and a straightener;

 • discover how to wash and care for hair correctly, based on individual hair type.

The course includes 10 sessions and is divided into two main blocks:

Block 1. Makeup

Bright lips, glowing skin, nude makeup, eyebrow shaping, smoky eyes, Hollywood-style makeup, cat-eye makeup.

Block 2. Hair

Basic hair care, hair washing techniques, creating curls and easy everyday hairstyles.

The course ends with a final session where participants will create a complete look on their own, take part in a professional photo shoot and receive a certificate of participation.

Course start: 10 February, 11:30–13:30 (then every Tuesday)

Participation fee:

– for participants with S status: CHF 50 for the entire course

– without status: CHF 200 for the entire course
