We warmly invite women aged 55+, including mothers and grandmothers, to join fitness classes designed with care for your health, comfort and well-being.


The classes take place in a calm and friendly environment and are led by an experienced trainer, Stacy Banar. The exercises are gentle, safe and effective and are carefully adapted to the needs of women at this stage of life.


During the sessions, participants focus on improving joint mobility, strengthening muscles and developing better balance. Regular movement helps you stay active, feel confident in your body and have more energy for everyday activities.


These classes are also suitable for women who have not exercised for a long time or who are just starting to move towards a more active lifestyle.


Participation:

• Free of charge – with S status

• Without S status – CHF 5 per hour
